Easy Snack Tray

My new coworker told me she went to the West Side Market and bought some prosciutto, which made me think it was time for “Italian Day” at the station.

This is great for when you have friends or family coming over for a visit. You don’t have to make a huge dinner sometimes a variety tray is better.

I mixed Italian sausage with various spices and stuffed the peppers, drizzled with olive oil and baked at 350 until the sausage is cooked – about 40 minutes. While the peppers were cooking I put together the snack tray. So simple.
